Litigation management and Non litigation. Leading teams at Bombay / Bangalore / Chennai.

Roles

1. 60% litigation management and 40% non litigation of real estate.

Briefing senior counsels on cases and matters. Co-ordinating will all concerned for legal matters.

2. Drafting various agreements and deeds / MOFA agreements

3. Due diligence of land / documentation

4. Survey work

5. Regular travel to Bangalore

6. Basics of liaison work for legal related matters. Interact with statutory authorities.

7. Basics of deal structuring

8. Legal aspects of land acquisition, particularly when there are many owners of a land bank. Being part of negotiation teams for legal inputs.

9. Work experience should be more of handling land related litigation.

Skill Set

Specifications : LLB and at least 12 years experience in real estate litigation management and non litigation.

Drafting various agreements and deeds / MOFA agreements

Due diligence of land / documentation

Survey work

Must be from the real estate sector

Open for regular travel to Bangalore
