SOLV - Content Writer/Editor (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities
Writing:
- Conduct market research and come up with relevant topics
- Creating 100% original articles for our blog
- Build outlines and frameworks
- Update and repurpose older content to maximize SEO value
- Audit and revamp existing content to increase traffic and conversions
Management / Collaboration:
- Work with freelance content writers - provide constructive feedback
- Create or collaborate with designers for images/graphics
- Help plan and develop a content calendar
Social media:
- Write and publish relevant articles and posts in a timely manner on social media
Distributing content:
- Think of ways to repurpose content for videos, infographics and so on
- Find avenues to distribute and market content
- Find and use marketing/SEO/content tools to boost our work
- Actively participate in forums.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in developing content - experience in the SME space is a plus
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to understand and adopt the style and tone of Solv
- Passionate about discovering the SME landscape in India, technology trends and how start-ups are creating a dent in this space
- Strong creative writing and researching skills
- Ability to proofread content and share constructive feedback
- Plan the editorial calendar and manage a team of content writers
- Awareness of latest digital technologies and social media channels & trends is a MUST
