Solutions Manager - Retail Enablement Firm (3-7 yrs)
The roles & responsibilities entail:
- Manages all activities of the pre-sales & solutions for a particular region or category
- Partner with sales teams, manages the organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of all technical sales activities with product revenue goals, respond to RFP, and build business cases..
- Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance and prioritize the roadmap, document business requirements and product enhancements, estimations, and be up to date on releases.
- Collaborate with delivery, customer success, and customer experience teams
- Evangelize Product as a platform, establish thought leadership
- Provide product demos, understands brands tech stack, business challenges and issues
- Develop Solutions and SOW based on the business needs
- Provides advice and counsel to sales management on product and technical solutions.
- Ensures compliance of pre-sales documentation. Internally qualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition.
- Flexibility to travel (domestic and international )
Ideal Candidate profile:
- 3+ years of tech/ tech-sales/ pre-sales experience
- Significant experience in technology sales with the demonstrated aptitude for technology at business and technical level
- Demonstrated operations and organisational skills implementing and driving best practices in multi-office, cross-functional organisations
- Strong organisational, analytical and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven record of successfully building collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Successful track record of working and influencing matrixes organisations
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
