You have developed technical skills and/or the ability to acquire in- depth knowledge. - Actively work with Client solutions group, account management, sales, practice &amp; delivery leadership teams on technology pursuits in a collaborative and results-oriented fashion. - Collaborate with onsite teams in execution, driving continuous improvement, and leading strategic / pre-sales activities. - Managing proactive and reactive opportunities with RFP and bid management experience. - Assess technology portion's opportunity, solution alignment, and risk prior to obtaining go/no -go, from appropriate technology and business leaders, based upon opportunity's risk and compliance to company strategy. - Lead, organize, and quarterback effort to create cohesive technology solutions, estimates, responses, presentations, and SOWs complying. - Organize, facilitate and lead Technology bid review and approval processes in compliance with established technology review criteria. Requirements : - 20+ years of pursuit management or client facing technology consulting in BFSI or healthcare solution selling experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering with MBA(Preferred). - Experience in working on proactive and reactive chases/responses - Experience in preparing and responding to issued RFPs is preferred. Along with Bid management experience. - Deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Technology presales, Go to Market, Project Management, IT Consulting, or Solutions Strategy - Quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship-management, and leadership capabilities. - High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations. - Ability to influence at different levels across functions in the organization. - Proven track record in solutioning and winning deals.
