Job Role :

Solutions consulting related to ServiceNow GRC (All modules) which involves the following:

- Responsible for Solutions strategy and execution

- Technology Solutions development

- Creating reference architectures

- Building integrated and complex use-cases and implementing in lab

- Solution Differentiators and Accelerators development

- Center of Excellence development and management

- Go-to-Market Collaterals development and maintenance

- Pre-Sales support

- Solution workshops

- Webinars

- Customer Demos and Presentations

- New solutions transitioning to delivery and competency functions

- Research and Innovation

- Marketing support

- Developing Point of Views

Job Qualifications:

Mandatory skills :

Total IT experience: Over 10 yrs

- Relevant experience: Over 6 years which includes technology implementation, upgrades, migration, architecting, processes.

- Excellent understanding of Market Trends

- Excellent skills in any scripting and coding language

- Implementation experience in the following functional domains:

- Policy & Compliance Management

- Risk Management

- Audit Management

- Vendor Risk Management

- IT Service Management domains and processes (ITSM)

- SOC processes and Vulnerability Lifecycle Management

- Technologies experience for the above includes but not limited to:

- ServiceNow GRC

- Other GRC tools: Archer, OpenPages, MetricStream

- Any of these Security technology tools (Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, ACAS, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, Arcsight, Securonix, SPLUNK, Microsoft Defender ATP, Cybereason, Crowdestrike, Tanium, Fortify, AppScan)

- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

- Any one Security Certification

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC

- Any Security product vendor certifications in the last 3 years

- Mandatory ServiceNow GRC Certifications (Vendor Risk Management, Risk & Compliance)
