- As a Consultant (Pre-Sales) you will provide proven talent insights to our marquee clients and guide their talent decisions in the talent acquisition and talent acceleration by leveraging our best in class solutions that cut across roles and organisational levels. - As a Solutions Consultant you will work closely with our Business Development team and Account Managers to address the talent needs of our clients and bring best in class practices and solutions to our blue chip clientele. - Advise SHL's new and prospective customers on assessment / talent measurement offerings and best practices during the sales process. These assessment offerings include candidate and leadership assessment solutions. Work as solution architects and advisors on large scale and/or complex clients, to support a consistent and integrated approach to key account management Ideal Candidate - 6+ years external and/or internal consulting experience in designing, implementing, managing, or maintaining talent management programs (selection, development, and/or high-potential and leadership, etc.). - Good knowledge of core I/O Psychology topics such as personnel selection, training, performance management, leadership development, job analysis, and competency modeling.
