- Must be currently located in India. - Enjoy the challenge of building a neural network from scratch. - The ability to pick the right framework and network for the task at hand. - Proficient with curation of data - separation of development and test data, data augmentation techniques. - Proficient in Python. Experience with open-source version control system is a plus. - Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on the following is a must: a. Data structures and algorithms b. Machine learning and Deep learning c. Probability, Statistics and Linear Algebra d. Familiarity with open source frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, Caffe, PyTorch, Keras etc. - Minimum of 4-5 years of technical and management experience, including developing and deploying products in the field. Experience with drones will be a huge plus. - Degree from premier institute. - Deeply hands on executive, capable of writing code, debugging systems and solving problems in real time. - Extensive experience working and interfacing with, US teams, building teams and managing human resources. - Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure startup environment and adapt to rapidly changing requirements. Position Description: - The candidate in India will be responsible for a multitude of activities including, but not limited to the following: - Deploying existing solutions to new customer sites - including coordinating with US team for data collection, driving the annotation effort, training deep-learning models using the annotations, testing solutions etc. - Managing solutions deployed in existing facilities - tracking accuracies, reliability and releases. - Re-training models for existing facilities to improve the accuracy. - Constant interfacing with operations team -- plan site onboarding, deployment, identify failure cases etc. - Identify key and resolving issues affecting the performance, prioritize the items in consultation with operations team. - Will possibly involve customer visits and field implementation. - In future, building and leading a team which oversees deployments of CV products.
