Solutioning Lead - Logistics

Description :

The incumbent will be reporting into Product Management group and will be responsible to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio via strong proposal management.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end-to-end Proposal Collaboration i.e., Collaborating with Partners and sales teams while Responding to Client Request for Information (RFIs) & Request for Proposals (RFPs)

- Understand Technical & Functional requirements, Solution & Drive Customized demonstrations for our clients and prospects.

- Consistently develop creative approaches to present strategic bids & value propositions in consultation with Sales Leadership of the region

- Responsible to offer detailed strategic feedback to Product Management on Product strategy based on real client case studies & business scenarios

- Support Marketing initiatives around creating white papers, Functional solution videos & campaigns on various social & industry platforms

- Coach & disburse Functional & Technical knowledge to Partners and internally in business development & Sales.

- Be responsible for the solutioning experts- team & manage the development of solutions in line with the client requirements.

- Deliver on PoC's to prove the value of the product for a vast array of clients.

- Be certified and updated on product functionality, domain, and competitive knowledge.

- Launch solutions that demonstrate product and solve customer problems.

Skills Required :

- Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills

- Prior solutioning experience for Analytics or AI/ML products

- Self-starter with ability to define and refine strategy for effective results

- Detail-oriented with an ability to ask the right question

- Time bound with an ability to manage key stakeholders

- Ability to understand business problem and map it to product features and functionalities.

- Self-driven with the ability to close assigned tasks.

Qualifications :

- Masters- in Business is preferable

- Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
