Solutioning Lead - Insurance Analytics Domain - Capability Enhancement Portfolio (12-17 yrs)

Role : Insurance Analytics - Leader will be completely responsible and accountable of Capability Enhancement portfolio,

- Ownership of having managing multiple stake holders on global platform from Insurance Analytics domain, Providing effective solutioning in complex environment,

- Manage exist account delivery, Farming and Mining and responsible of Presales and Solution Design

- Will be adding and winning new logos in the Insurance Analytics LOB, leveraging the Business to the next level managing a complete portfolio.

- Technically very strong leader with relevant experience in leading the advanced analytics practice in Insurance domain with Statistical Background

- Should have extensive solutioning experience

- Should have Business excellence and Improvement experience as a part of his delivery portfolio.

- Excellent communication, People management and Customer facing expertise

- Strong knowledge of Statistical tools like Minitab, SAS,SPSS, Systat,S+,Minitab, XLMiner etc.

- Proficiency in applying Statistical theories in real time scenarios along with client solutioning

- Project Management, Leadership and prioritization skill .

- Expert in data analysis and reporting skills.

- Managed end to end projects with hand on Project Management (MS Project)

- Strong Analytical, Consulting & Problem Solving Skills

- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex Information Technology issues.

- Experience of using Six Sigma Methodologies to establish standards - Mandatory

- Providing Cutting edge analytics solutions for various clients and in pre-sales across Insurance verticals.
