Solutioning Consultant - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB (2-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Be the in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) on office transport operations

- Providing solutioning support to the sales process for our Get To Work platform

- Conduct diagnostic studies of the transport operations of clients and identify potential gaps and improvement areas

- Based on the diagnostic study, develop the solution for the client, including but not limited to:

- Models to be adopted for the transport fleet & potential route optimizations

- Transport Operations Team structure & manpower structure

- Technology requirements

- Process improvements in the transport operations

- Transport operations cost forecasting

- Track key operational metrics of our SaaS clients and identify potential clients to target for adoption

- Support sales process in terms of inputs to client RFPs & presentations

- Support marketing efforts in terms of content creation & attending industry events

- Help in the recruitment and development of the in-house consulting team.

Required Experience:

- 3-7 years of overall professional experience

- 2-4 years of professional experience in management / process consulting

- Prior experience in process related diagnostics & design preferred

- Prior experience in commute / transportation / ride sharing sector preferred

- Prior experience (academic / professional) in operations research is preferred

- Undergraduate Degree from a reputable college is preferred (e.g. IIT / BITS / NIT)

- MBA from a reputable college is preferred (e.g. ISB / IIM / XLRI / Symbiosis / IMT)

- Good data analytics & presentation skills

- Should be fluent in MS-Office Suite
