- Experienced hunter sales executive/sales manager
- 8-12 (or 10-15) years experience as high performing sales executives with deep knowledge, understanding and experience in selling solutions to LOBs in Energy & Utilities (Generation, Transmission, Distribution)
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Renewables (Wind/Solar)
- Experience in software solution sales through consultative approach to Energy & Utilities customers
- Experience in Predictive / Prescriptive Analytics solutions selling, Industrial IoT solutions
- Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts in the industry
- Experience in value-based, outcome-driven solution sales
- Proven and consistence performance in achieving and exceeding Sales quota YOY
