About the position :

Principal - Solution Experts

We are looking for industry experts who will be responsible for in-depth research in the industry domain to help expedite the Search Process and be future-ready for our clients.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will add value to the company by providing timely data and insights that will impact the project's speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- As an expert you will be responsible to carry on focused industry research, company mapping, competency mapping intercultural know-how, industry best practices, ongoing industry trends & compensation benchmarking.

- Research and document the compensation structure, appraisal & promotion cycle, RSU / ESOP plans, long-term incentives, and other perks/offerings

- Conduct intensive research (secondary and primary) to identify industry drivers and challenges for preparing market and sector reports.

- Create, manage, and update the list of senior executives in the company and monitor their movements.

- Collect, interpret, and consolidate research data from primary and secondary sources into actionable items

- Develop a solid base of senior executives through personal research, attending events and conferences, in-house research, referrals, etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Industry know-how and detailed understanding of job functions & structure of the organisation.

- Good understanding and insight, data mining, competitive analysis, and synthesis of primary data with secondary data.

- Good knowledge of market analysis frameworks (Market Size and Forecasting)

- Detail oriented with an uncompromising focus on exceptional results

- Expert in preparing reports and presentations.

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel / Power BI will be an added advantage.
