Solution Engineering Data Scientist - BPO (8-12 yrs)
Looking for experience in solution design in BPO domain
- Should have experience in SQL
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization required
- Global experience in Large scale IT delivery management in Automation (RPA, Data Digitization, AI, ML), Data Analytics, ERP implementation, Technology solution design and technology Delivery
- Complex Solution Design - RFX response, CXO level presentations/workshops
- Project Delivery - hands on experience in RPA, Advance Automation, Informatica, Data Stage, PeopleSoft etc.
As a Solution Engineering Data Scientist, you will work at the forefront of the digital transformation across all industries as we bring the technology powered by process mining to new organizations. You will work hand in hand with the BPO/SI Practice Leader and sales teams in NA region in the analysis, strategic solution design, and closing of new business. You will interact with C-level executives to align our solution with the organization's strategic goals and solve their most important challenges. You deliver proof of concept projects and bring our technology to life on the prospects- own data to show the business value of the solution.
- Solution design expertise with top tier BPO, IT or Product firms for driving technology solutioning for multi-tower large deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.
- Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical business processes such as PTP, OTC, Q2C, RTR, ITSM, HR, Customer Service etc.
- Technology experience - Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. Experience working with complex ERP environments
- Thought leadership - Bringing it all together on solution elements and creating a winnable story
- Industry insight - benchmarks, trends and knowledge of where the industry is heading
- Driving synergies & collaboration - Internal& partner- Delivery, technology, industry vertical-rephrase
- Commercial awareness, hands on commercial input, competitive positioning
