Job Summary:
- Leadership Role for Solution Designer with experience in US HealthCare Payer domain.To provide solution development in healthcare industry and manage entire pursuit cycle. Specific in Payer domain would be Claims,Credentialing,Underwriting
Profile:
- MBA from a premier institute
- 10-12 years total working experience – atleast 3 to 5 years in Healthcare
- Working in IT/ITES industry (preferably BPO), focused in Healthcare, Payer Industry in the US market
- Specific areas in Payer industry would be Claims, Credentialing, Benefit Admin, Management and Underwriting
Consulting/ Solution Development /sales / pre-sales background preferred
Nature of work:
- Healthcare Industry Solution Development
- Driving Analysts and Media relationships
- Managing the entire pursuit cycle
- Contracting and Negotiation
- Ability to do presentations with senior stakeholders from client’s side
- International Travel – Up to 12 weeks annually
