Job description :
- Understand client's existing set up
- Analyze client's requirement
- Formulate customized design solutions in collaboration with operations & sales team
- Identify KPIs and Processes for Projects
- Participate along with sales team in developing negotiating strategies and positions and in estimating client and partner's needs and goals
- With the support of corporate and regional teams, implement necessary applications to run the operations
- Handle day to day queries from operations, regarding WMS application
Professional Experience :
- Proven knowledge and understanding of W&D (Warehouse & Distribution) processes and systems.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure
- Good team working skills as well as being customer focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills
Other Key Skills :
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
