Solution Design Consultant - Sourcing & Procurement Domain - BPO

A mid-level pre-sales and practice development role to help build best in class Sourcing & Procurement organizations for our clients. The incumbent will influence, support and drive lead selling of purchasing services to level executives of prospects & clients across locations. The incumbent will report into either Principal Consultant (S&P) or Sr. Solution Design Head. This is an individual contributor role requiring high team working abilities and flexibility.

Job Description

Driving revenue growth:

- Reactive and proactive pursuits for the industry vertical.

- Qualifying deals, outlining win themes, architecting right solution, articulating domain flavour in RFX responses and formulating deal commercial construct

- Lead the inception, design and execution of business development strategies to win business in existing client situations as well as acquiring new business opportunities

Solution Design:

- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the industry and client's business and diagnose the challenges, risks and requirements to further translate them into optimal solution

- Understand and translate client requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard processes

Process Consulting:

- Undertake consultative assignments working with client's stakeholders at their location advising them on business pain points and problems

- Perform - Discovery- Assignments for clients through leveraging tools and frameworks for identifying areas for outsourcing and process transformation

Market Visibility:

- Work with industry analysts in promoting our solutions and credentials

- Identify and work with recognized Analysts and Advisory firms t- create brand awareness and enhance visibility and presence

- Represent unit in key industry events and speaker series

Pre-Sales Activities:

- Managing and Anchoring of client requests (RFP/RFI)

- Collaborating as a key member of the solution team supporting sales teams to represent the solution offering to the client
