Solution Design Consultant - BPO

We are looking for Solution Designing Consultants for one of our BPO Client (Tier 1, Globally Renowned IT Giant) in Bangalore.

Job Description:

- A mid-level pre-sales and practice development role to help build best in class processes for our clients in Supply Chain / Retail / Fulfillment Domain.

- Domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.)

- As a domain expert, bring in best practices into architecture definition, solution design and development

- The incumbent will influence, support and drive lead selling of services to C level executives of prospects & clients (across Europe, US & APAC)

- Conduct market analysis and provide opportunities assessment in outsourcing, consulting and applications market niches

- Understand & document client/prospect requirements (objectives, challenges, deliverables etc.) through RFx documents, emails, and other collaterals/information gathered etc.

- Present proposals/solutions to clients/prospects/internal stakeholders in a way that articulates value delivery

- Support discovery, due diligence (DD) and transitions

- Write POVs, blogs and support other promotional channels to generate market visibility

- Take up short to medium term on-site projects on consulting/billable basis as and when required

Skill Set:

- Deep understanding of available technology, solutions, applications in the specific domain and how they interact.

- MBA / Relevant Post Grad. is a must. Experience between 6-14 years.
