Responsibilities:-
Road-mapping :
- Define solution roadmap(s) that support collaboration service roadmaps
- Ensure technologies remain up to date and support service goals
- Lead or support projects as necessary to execute on approved target states
Operation Excellence :
- Effectively use ITIL processes to maintain efficient operations
- Keep unplanned or user-impacting outages to a minimum
- Proactively make recommendations to upgrade or allow technologies to fall out of support
Vendor Management :
- Identify vendors and draft agreements in line with GIO standards
- Maintain regular operations reviews to ensure adherence to contract and value
- Ensure valuable members of vendor team remain engaged
Project Management :
- Define projects as minimum viable products
- Execute projects on time, budget and with agreed quality
Business experience :
- 8+ years- experience managing delivery of services in an outsourced/offshored environment.
- Experience managing external resources focused on Citrix environment, VDI's and Mobile device Management
- Experience with Global IT workplace, maintaining standards and global solutions with specific focus on end-user productivity.
- Additional Solutions (Client Image, Citrix technologies, Apple DEP, MDM solutions: Iadaptive, Airwatch, MobileIron, Citrix).
- Project Management skills (ideally Prince 2 certified), Agile project management is desirable.
- International cross-culture exposure and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- People leadership experience.
