Solution Consultant - Pre Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)

Role

You will be responsible for supporting the product sales effort by using your technical and BFSI domain expertise to address customers? business issues, demonstrate technical credibility and convey value. Solution Consultants play a key role in the sales process by facilitating customer discovery workshops, demonstrating the solution, aligning to business value, and gathering customer feedback for future product innovation. Strong technical, sales and consulting skills, as well as the ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits, are crucial for this role.

What You Get To Do In This Role

1. Sales Consulting for Global prospects across SAARC, Middle East, SEA, Africa regions

2. Support product sales as a techno-functional and domain expert

3. Responsible for creation of Storyboards for Product/Solution Demonstrations.

4. Responsible for Creation of Pitch Decks - Product/Solution Presentations for BFSI prospects.

5. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers? business challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

6. Solely responsible to lead the team for RFP management - Gathering market competition and customer information, Respond to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation

7. Co-ordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a solution in line with the Client's project requirement.

8. New requirements to product team about product enhancements that address customer needs and drive additional business value

Role Expectation

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

1. 5+ years of presales solution consulting experience in the BFSI domain for CRM software industry/banking applications in Sales Automation, Service Automation or

2. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions

3. Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting to business and technical decision-makers

4. The ability to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision and is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented

5. Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners and professional services

6. Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organization

7. A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel

8. Product and Solution Consulting for prospects/existing customers in the BFSI domain

9. RFP management - Actively involved with the sales team in various aspect of the pre-sales cycle including - Responding to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of customer

10. Experience in Project Delivery of at least 1 CRM across Sales, Service, Marketing modules.

11. Business value creation & ROI.

12. Solution presentation including Pre sales activity as well as basic product demo, check on the Solution viability.

13. Worked as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal
