Solution Consultant - Lending Business/FinTech - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-4 yrs)
We are 10 years old one of the profit making Product Company disrupting Lending/Fintech market in India. We are in a verge of expanding Product Solution Categories & industry to strengthen our portfolio. And looking for great Talent to enable success.
Position : Solution Consultant
Experience : 1 to 4 Yrs
Education : B.E + MBA (Preferably from IIT/IIM/ ISB or any premium institutes)
Location : Bangalore, India
Domain : Only from Lending / Fintech / Banking / NBFC
Responsibilities:
- Owns the Solution delivery of projects
- Understand client's requirements and provide solutions using the product.
- Work with cross functional teams from product management, Tech Leads, QA, Design and customers.
- Provide functional and domain leadership and prove to be a role model for other team members.
- Travel to customer locations and might need to work onsite in India and outside India.
- Challenge traditional approaches of lending and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
General expectations:
- At least 1+ years of experience in client facing or Solution roles
- Real time domain experience in fintech or building technology systems for banks
- Strong communication and analytical skills with experience in client facing roles
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being established.
- ownership attitude and capability to work independently
