Solution Consultant - Forex Money Market Domain

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing subject matter expertise across the FX trading workflow and Enterprise Data Technology product portfolio.

- Requirements clarification, specification and documentation through continuous engagement with clients.

- Product / Solution demonstrations to clients.

- Solution technical design and Technical customer presentations.

- Proof of Concept (PoC) delivery including development / integration work.

- Coordination with developers / third parties.

- Respond quickly to customer needs, working with urgency to propose creative solutions that deliver demonstrable value.

- Coordinating RFP and RFI responses with Sales teams for functional and technical feasibility.

- Act as an advocate for customer needs to the business and product teams escalating issues quickly.

- Coordinate immediate post sales activities / hand over to dedicated implementation team

- Provide domain / solution expertise in case of client escalation in the interest of client retention.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Relevant experience in the FX market, ideally experience in the trading automation workflow, primarily front office OMS/EMS/Risk with knowledge on middle and back office systems.

- Good understanding of integrating systems involved in the e-trading workflow and be able to work with others to develop Scope of Work based on client's specific requirements.

- Knowledge in FX Post Trade STP workflow, i.e. clearing and settlement.

- Knowledge in Data Centre infrastructure and understanding in hosted services.

- Have worked in the field of Real Time data Feed, be familiar with both consolidated and direct datafeed, with knowledge on the operation of data distribution system and APIs.

- Have good understanding on IT infrastructure, including connectivity, IP/TCP routing, servers and data centre architecture.

- Have good understanding on data contents, including both exchange traded instruments and OTC.

- Good understanding of Fixed income, Foreign exchange and/or Equity markets pricing and reference data.
