Solution Consultant/Data Scientist - Financial Markets (4-8 yrs)
Experience and Skills Required :
- Experience in implementing end use cases of Quantitative models; having worked on the technical and business aspects of the use cases especially in the financial markets
- Experience in conceptualizing, designing and building solutions and integration systems with data from multiple sources using API
- Experience of working with APIs e.g. REST/SOAP, WebSockets.
- Hands on experience in programming languages such as Python, R, VBA, SQL, Java or Matlab
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Plot.ly, Tableau
- Strong analytical skills, ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and to propose feasible solution architectures with excellent communication skills
- Enterprise wide thinking - able to propose end to end solutions involving various products internal as well as partner solutions
- Have business acumen so as to help clients quantify financial value of the solutions
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of purchase decision processes and criteria by which decision makers define success
- Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment and influence groups outside of solution to execute efficiently
Qualification Required:
- Advance Degree in quantitative finance like CQF, Statistics, Financial engineering, Financial Mathematics
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Markets with focus on Equity and Fixed Income products
