Solution/Cognitive Architect Search Technology_Pune (12-15 yrs)

- Responsible for implementing search solutions that combine powerful indexing technology with advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities and machine learning algorithms in order to build an increasingly deep corpus of knowledge from which to feed relevant information and 360- views to users in real-time.

- 12 to15 years of experience in technology implementations, primarily end user/customer facing world

- 5-7 years if experience in relevant Search systems where one is involved not only in integrating but getting deep in the search engines models, algorithms, internals of complex search systems

- Deeply involved in keyword search, semantic search, contextual search and Cognitive search modules

- Have worked on multilingual search and challenges in implementing the same

- Decent understanding of AI and ML models that power the Cognitive Search and have guided the Data sciences team to create custom ones

- Experience and expertise in understanding and enriching enterprise data, predict user's intent to boost relevancy, and have worked in integrated tools for usage analytics, tuning and application development

- Hands on experience of three or more of popular search engines including Attivio, Lucidworks, Solr, Sienqua, Squirrro or similar

- Strong in Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or Google)

- Taking a lead in recommending the solution considering quality properties of the system like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Monitoring (Squid, Nagios, Zabbix, Ganglia, App Dynamics, New Relic etc.), Scalability, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture

- Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.

- Have managed multiple vendors and have worked to create solutions

- Understands or have implemented state of the art solutions including SPA, PWA, micro-services, predictive analytics, modeling using python or R, IBM Watson and similar
