Solution Architect

Skills:

- Working knowledge of RPA Software: Automation Anywhere / BluePrism / UiPath

- Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)

- Added advantage: Knowledge of writing VBScript / JavaScript or VBA Macros

- An aptitude for problem solving and able to take a logical route to the source of an error

- Hands on experience in project managing and end to end automation implementation

Job Requirement : 

- Analysing and understanding the business processes

- Responsible for defining the overall technical structure for automation implementation

- Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions depicting the - to-be- state activities

- Develop automation solution that will work best for target applications and infrastructure

- Communicate the solutions structure to the configurators, IT infra and coordinate configuration & deployment

- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day development/running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process

Important Aspects : 

- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges

- Quick learner and ability to understand new business processes

- Ability to conceptualise automated solutions

- Prior experience on managing multiple automation implementations

- Good written skills (document automated solution designs)

- Strong communication skills to interact with business & transfer requirements to automation developers

- Strong skills to handle bottlenecks faced by Automation Developer

- Support in solution design & product implementation as well as support/mentor the colleagues and capability development of the team

- The ideal candidate will have good mix of business processes and IT skills, business thinking and client focused

Education / Certification : 

- Degree in computer science

- Certification in automation tool (added advantage)

Years of Experience : 

- 5+ years in technology development

- 2+ years experience in RPA automation tool
