Solution Architect - Mobile & Web Application - Capital Markets Domain

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile (and web) based applications.

- Understand and challenge solution proposed by vendors and partners.

- Define framework, portfolio and methodologies; drive their implementation and evolution.

- Define architecture principles and make sure they are applied and adopted across all development.

- Provide technical leadership and support to teammates through coaching and mentorship

- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team

- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

- Participate in Unit testing cycles (with development resources) and Quality reviews

- Promote high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

- Solid grasp of Linux and Windows operating system

- Advanced troubleshooting skills

- Be proficient in scripting image deployment and bootstrapping

- Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and closely work with the development team to drive product improvement

Job Requirements:

- BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile applications and software architecture in Capital markets domain.

- Team leadership experience is mandatory.

- Good understanding of web, iOS & Android.

- Sound knowledge of system architecture

- Must have strong written and verbal communication

- Proficient at multitasking and proactive in work responsibilities.
