- Services Solution development

- Service delivery experience

- ITIL assessment and gap analysis

- Managed services

- Involved in large outsourcing bids

- Front end with client

- Presentation and services position during the pre- sales, sales and post sales cycle

- Transition management / Project management/ Identify and creating opportunities

Job Related Skills

- ITIL Consulting experience

- Network and System management experience

- Good in proposal making and documentation

- Excellent Presentation skills
