- Across the globe it has worked on Projects like Providing solutions for e-governance, e-payment, Worked on Electric Vehicles, Worked for Shell Co. in IoT domain, HRMS for Central Govt. of India, etc.

Job Description :

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into proposals. Developing and Preparing Solution for the client requirements mentioned in respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Develop & Present Technical PPT to the customers.

- Expected to work closely with other architects. Avail ability to develop good working relationships with people in other departments.

- Well-versed with latest technologies & trends. Have knowledge of trending technologies, tools and frameworks. Draw the architecture/reference diagrams.

- Attend proposal strategy meeting & meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, review and approval.

- Maintain quality results by using templates, follow/define standards; Continuous Improvement in architectural quality. Build the knowledge base with the built solutions. Avail proficiency in Visio or other architectural tools. Drive POC's.

- Have traits of customer obsession, Ownership, deep-dive & result oriented. Research and collect data to fully define RFP requirements. Be strong in Technical Solutioning to the client requirement.

- Impeccable spelling and grammar

- At least 5 years of experience in similar Solution Architectural role.

The Successful Applicant :

- Must have experience of 5 + years of Solution Architect Design role for a large or mid-sized organization; Preferable to have worked in Similar industry with an overall experience of 10 + years.

- Strong project/program management skills (agile & waterfall), leadership attributes, and strategic thinking; Must have led and delivered large scale IT transformation projects.

- An ability to drive business change, sharing of organizational goals, leading multidisciplinary groups in pursuit of common goals.

- Strong Java background with good exposure to Cloud based environment. Exposure to IoT will be an added advantage.

- Experience with providing technology direction and architectural guidance for enterprise-wide solutions Technical management for a large/mid-sized organization with overseas operations will be preferred.
