- Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani).

- Have 10-15 years of overall experience with very strong Backend / Seller- Side Product Management expertise.

DESCRIPTION

- Strong System design and object orientation skills with ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction.

- Experience of complete product development cycle from inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architecture,s. The Architect should have seen it all.

- Translate the impact of architecture, and design choices on non- functional attributes like scalability, performance, availability and security.

- Manage multiple competing priorities and negotiate the best possible solutions.

- Have Technical Breadth Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, technologies, and tools.

- Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with either large data handling or large transaction processing exposure for 3+ years.

- Strong coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise improve coding standards

- Knowledge and working experience of large variety of multi- tier architecture,s and awareness of architectural and design pitfalls.

- Experience exposure to a variety of large- scale persistent systems including large databases.

- Proven experience as a leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers, as well as gaining their respect.

- Expertise in J2EE server technologies

- Experience and understanding of a wide range of client- side technologies including HTML5, JQuery, JSON, AJAX, etc.

- Experience with web technologies, Java, Linux, Apache, MySQL, solr, memcache, redis, javascript, ajax etc.
