Solution Architect-Infrastructure Services-(15-22 yrs)

A Solution Architect-Infrastructure Services (Leadership Position) in Bangalore for a professional holding at least 15-22 years of relevant experience. You will use your experience in Service Now, ITIL installations, Command Center installations, etc., for the development and ongoing maintenance/support providing technical expertise and architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.

Responsibilities:

- Acting as an expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.

- Advising teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology, and processes.

- Advising short & long term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.

- Engaging in technical discussions with CIO/CTO (evolving IT IS industry landscape)

- Presenting the latest IT IS industry evolution in the areas of DC, EUC, Network, and Cloud.

- Possessing a deep understanding of Service Now and ITIL installations. Understanding of Command Center installations.

- Communicates and validates program architecture with the infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team.

- Conducting an end-to-end technical plan design

- Designing and developing infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions.

- Developing specifications for interfaces from existing to new systems

The Successful Candidate:

- Minimum 15-22 years of experience in a production IT/IT IS environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.

- Has a Deep understanding of Service Now and ITIL installations.

- Has a deep understanding of Command Center installations.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Organized and structured in the completion of tasks.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
