Solution Architect will be judge around these main points:

- SA has a seat at the table of our Clients

- SA architect need to have at least 10 years of experience in analytics for Financial Service, Banking, Capital Market and Insurance, with major in at least one of the two

- SA knows the BPO market and competition and can build differentiated solutions

- SA understands our vision for Operations and can integrate full spectrum of assets into Solutions

- SA can confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy

- SA can build a Client journey to As-A-Service and the Operations model of the Future

- SA can understand the competitive landscape and know how the competition will position their solution vs.

- Should be able to propose ideal team strength, assess skill requirements and call out all risks and assumptions around people, process and technology to cover all aspects of risk

- Should display and act out of his/her experience of hands-on Analytics solution development and delivery

- Deeper domain expertise in the Insurance industry will be considered as a plus

- Financial Service SA will join the global network with FS Capability leads, FS Offering lead, FS analytics team, FS Business Advisors.

- He / She will manage & monitor the opportunity pipeline, understand the priorities, provide reporting to his management, manage demand & supply.

- He / She will need to build strong network within Sales & Account team.

- He / She will execute strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New.
