Shift : EMEA

BPO Solutioning experience is must : BPO solution, presales, RFP , proposal, Finance Transformation, Automation and Support deals and design Solutions.

Experience Required :

- Total 15 years' of experience in Finance through BPO delivery models and transformation

- Strong Finance process and technology knowledge to design for process standardization and transformation through best practices, technology platforms and automation

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, able to articulate proposals in a comprehensive and convincing manner, design and deliver presentations

- Strong leadership and motivational skills in in defining customer needs and decision

- Flexible about work content, timings and location

- Candidate should be in possession of valid passport and should be willing to travel extensively and work in customer hours

ROLE :

- We are looking for experienced F&A (Finance & Accounting) Solution architect join our BPO F&A Capability team based in India.

- This position will be responsible for designing the Digital Finance transformation strategy to meet our clients challenges and business problems.

- This includes platforms, automation, offshore delivery models and analytics solutions.

- This position collaborates and drives different teams/ functions of finance transformation program team (e.g. Automation factory, Technology and Engineering teams etc) and external partners.
