Solution Architect - End User Computing - IT

We have an opportunity for a Solution Architect-End User Computing with one of our client for Mumbai.

Primary responsibilities are:

- Must have extensive knowledge on End user computing and should have worked on Workplace services transformation, migration solutions and proposals

- Define all elements of the solution model in sufficient detail to accurately estimate the cost, effort, timeline and likelihood of success in delivering the solution with the value for both the client and organization

- Should have worked on responding to RFP, RFI, RFQ

- Providing Efforts, Bill of Material and pricing sheets

- Proposal and cost model preparation

- Identify personnel, technology, process and offshore needs and opportunities to meet defined value objectives

- Determine the cost parameters of all elements of the solution (transition, solution realization, ongoing operations) throughout the life of the Bid cycle.

- Document all risks, issues and mitigation strategies that could affect fulfilling the opportunities

- Creation of design and architectures for given scenarios

- Understanding of end to and end Bid cycle

Solution Experience

Must have performed at least 8-10 years in End user services Presales, design /architect solutions for various customers and industry verticals. Experience in architecting solutions, responding to RFPs for End-user services Outsourcing Services

Technical Skills:

Excellent (Level1, 2 and 3) understanding on below

- Application discovery and Packaging

- Software distribution and workstation patching

- SOE Image management

- Enterprise Mobility (MDM and MAM)

- SharePoint and O365 management

- VDI end user support

- Remote desktop support

- Transformation/migration projects of Workplace services

Soft Skills:

- Good written and business communication skills

- To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion

- To have ability to create documentation around new solutions
