Customer Experience Solution Architect - Drive IT solutions for Customer experience transformation in Hi-Tech clients


Need a Women leader for this role.

- An IT/Digital Solution Architect with more than 16+ years of experience;

- Proven experience in IT supporting Sales/O2C/Customer Success/Customer Support areas;

- Experience in Hi-Tech industry, preferably as part of a Hi-Tech company itself and not just as a part of Consulting/SI companies

- Sufficient understanding of key CX technologies such as CRM and E-Commerce systems

- Proven experience architecting solutions for multi-tower IT/Customer Experience Transformation programs. Proven experience in leading architecture for these programs during the execution cycle also in addition to pursuit cycle

Role/Responsibilities :

- Drive IT solutions for Customer experience transformation in Hi-Tech clients

- Be a solution architect or enterprise architect
