Project- Chat-bot/AI/ML based product development to enhance the Customer experience.

Role- Architect/Presales/ Client facing etc

Position Title Solutions Manager, Cognitive Services

Job location Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida

Role Overview:

- Individual contributor and Cognitive solutions lead for AI and ML based solutions.

- The person should be very flexible in terms of working as per different time zone to meet solution delivery timeline.

Key Accountabilities

- Accountable to work independently with minimum assistance from other resources.

- Ready to work in flexible time zone as per client requirement.

- Accountable to understand the business requirement from Sales, BA, customer and transform them from non-technical requirement to technical requirement.

- Accountable to break down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language.

- Require preparing effort estimation using proper calculation mechanism & own experience with minimum deviation.

- Excellent communication & presentation skill is highly required.

- Proficient in working with cross functional teams.

- Accountable to perform end to end all necessary setup (software configuration) independently on development, testing & production environment.

Key Technical and Personnel Skills

- Understanding of Voice Telephony & Data Networks and Communication process.

- Overall 10 years of experience and 8 years hands-on experience in Application Development and Automation Soln pre-sales POC/Demo

- Understanding of Conversational AI, with hands on development experience 3-5 years.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based services using Microsoft .NET, Java and Python stacks.

- Certification in Google Voice or LEX/POLLY or Watson Conversational AI.

- Understanding of IBM Watson Services

- Experience in application management using Kubernetes and Dockers

- Strong background in any one if the leading Java script framework.

- Strong understanding of Database Language like SQL, NoSQL etc. along with data structure optimization

- Reasonable understanding of Enterprise Systems Integration & deployment models.
