Solution Architect-ALM

An Individual will be responsible for:

- Creating solution to technical challenges faced by field/clients/partners in implementing HP ALM products.

- Establishing and validating process methodologies around HP ALM product suite

- Create/add Best Practices approach collaterals and assets as when the necessity arises around HP ALM suite.

- Modify and add to existing collaterals as and when required to support newer release of the HP Software suite

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Product Experience

- Strong HP ALM Product background

- Extensive implementation Experience

- Understand competitive landscape of solutions around ALM, QA, Dev and other IDE, SCM related tools

Process Experience

- Understand Testing Center of Excellence model, as-a-service model, ability to articulate around these topics with clients.

- Have a strong understanding of Test data management process within QA and Dev framework

Solution Experience

- Ability to understand market challenges and help evolve solution offering to address them

- Understand general marketing process and ability to bring an internal awareness and adoption to solutions

- Create supporting brochures and other assets like datasheet, technical spec etc. that support any solution offering being created.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:

- BE / MCA

- Over all 10-12 years of IT experience

- Strong HP ALM Background

- Strong exposure to SDLC and STLC methodologies

- Working experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology

- Hands on experience implementing HP ALM Software at Enterprise clients.

- Self-Starter and strong problem solving capabilities desired

- Should have very good mentoring skills

- Should be a Techno Functional Consultant

- Good oral and written communication skills. Good presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should have experience in Pre-Sales, Pursuit/Solutioning & Delivery also has good experience in preparing the effort estimation

- Should have exp in handling small to large teams

- Should have exp on onsite/offshore engagement model
