Manager- Learning and Development
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives
- Design and implement end to end learning programs for talent pool employees
- Coordinate with Leaders to determine & analyse Training needs for various departments and deliver on solutions.
- Design & deploy measurement tools to gauge Training effectiveness.
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training
- Scheduling training programs / events, developing and publishing L&D calendars and coordinating post-delivery Program, activities, monitoring and tracking training data and reporting MIS.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
