JOB REASONS IN SOLCEN ORGANIZATION

- To manage overall ERP Project Implementations of AX Solution Center

MAIN MISSIONS :

- Coordinate multiple ERP project Implementations to roll out Microsoft Dynamics AX in countries and regions

- Lead project status meetings and help preparing steering committees

- Manage and lead multiple project teams

JOB OBJECTIVES :

- Responsible for managing multiple projects throughout the business need identification, design, build and implementation phases of the project.

- Ensure Projects are delivered within constraints of scope, time, cost and quality

- Drive project preparation - Business case and high level estimates

- Coordinate the team from functional solution design, development, implementation, data-migration, system testing to go-live.

- Identify, measure and manage risks to the success of projects

- Effectively manage project team conflicts, build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels

- Identify and assist the PMO and Senior Business System Analyst in the management, mitigation and resolution of project related issues, risks and conflicts as needed

- Implement and ensure the application of change request process to facilitate the approval of requests submitted by Sponsor

- Report project progress, budget and status to the appropriate levels (e.g., Steering Committee, IT Leadership) and recommend corrective action when necessary

- Manage the macro project plan, identify, document and bring to resolution any critical issues and risks that may impact the agreed upon schedule

- Independently manage and oversee all aspects of the Project, securing the required resources - both internal and external and advocating to senior IT leadership as needed

- Team lead and Team coordination

- Lead Project teams to meet project goals

- Coordinate the different resources involved on the projects

- Hierarchical Relationship

- Reporting to the AX solution Center Manger, India hierarchically and Global AX Program Manager Functionally

OTHER RELATIONSHIPS :

- Work closely with Internal Stakeholders (AX Solution Centre Manager, Senior Business System Analyst and Technical System Analyst)

- Work closely with External (Global and Regional Stake holders, including Project Sponsor, Project Committee and Steering Committee)

- Work closely with the Project Management Officer to plan, track and control the project

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

- Engineering degree, master degree

- Minimum 8 years of work experience in Project Management and must in ERP implementation

SIMPLE CRITERIA TO ASSESS :

- Experience : 8 to 17 years

- At least 5 years- experience in full lifecycle ERP implementation and mandatory AX Skills with at least 3 AX implementations.

- Business/Technical skills: Project Management, Stakeholder Management and ERP Implementation

- Language: English

- Soft skills: Communication, Time Management, Conflict Resolution

- Demonstrated ability to work with business and IT partners of all levels; sensitivity and understanding required for successful cultural relations

- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management and cultures including business analysts, technical resources, business executive leadership, senior IT leadership

- Ability to effectively, and independently, manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail; requires strong organizational, planning and time management skills

- Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions in collaboration with the Project Team

- Ability to lead and work under pressure; independently make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work collaboratively and without direct reporting supervision

- Good team player who shares knowledge and experience with team members

- Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure

- Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Certifications: Preferable Project Management Certification - PMP
