Designing Product mix :

- Identify and understand the product sales dynamics.

- Determine the right product mix through analyses that would be suitable at various locations as per the demographics, psychographics other related information

Launch Private Labels :

- Identify top categories/products for the launching of private labels.

- Determine the location and pricing for launch.

- Figure out brand agnostic product lines and categories.

- Test the product launches in different categories

Increasing ARPU and Sales revenue :

- Look for opportunities to increase the product sales revenue by analyzing the buying behavior and patterns

- Always looking to increase the ARPU.

- Identifying opportunities to improve the

- Making sure customers find everything they need, in the right place.

- Checking and replenishing product display areas in line with company plans.

- Ensuring that best sellers reach their full potential.

- Promoting products to significantly increase their sales.

- Ensuring each area of the store is stocked, rotated, clean and looking its best.

Increasing margin and profitability :

- Analyse sales and other data to improve the margins earned

- Identify products with higher margins and higher sales to increase overall margins.

- Monitoring stock levels and reviewing product performance in order to identify current and future trading opportunities.

- Look wherever necessary for opportunities to improve product procurement.

- Improve packaging vis-vis cost

Ad Revenue :

- Identify opportunities to utilize and sell the space available.

- Figure out right products and services which could be relevant for the target audience

- Increase the ad revenue generated through strategic tie ups.

- Candidates from Food Merchandising and Food Industry preferred.
