We are expanding our finance team and we are looking forward to onboard Assistant Finance Controller to work across finance & accounting, MIS & month end closing and compliance aspects, having entrepreneurial and problem solving approach, high on ownership and committed to deliverables. Job description / Responsibilities :

- Play an active role in owning key areas within finance functions (debtors, COGS & inventory, payables).

- Supervising and owning weekly & monthly closing of books and liaising with cross functional teams for the same.

- Presentation of Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports: Generate, update, and distribute financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into treasury and financial performance.

- P&L analysis reports by different verticals (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target and GLs.

- Implementation IFC and other applicable requisites under statutory laws

- Working capital & Banking operations: Supervise functions such as WC management, fund transfers, and maintaining banking relationships.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and financial reporting.

- Forecasting: Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support the company financial planning.

- Systems Management: Manage and maintain financial information systems and tools used for reporting and analysis.

- Work extensively on ERP implementations and improvements.

- Support founders and finance head in collating ad hoc report requests for external stakeholders

Requirements:

- CA with 5 years+ of post-qualification experience (3 years in startup or Manufacturing set up with leading 10-12 members team) / Semi qualified, Bcom, Mcom with 10 years of experience (3 years in startup or Manufacturing set up with leading 10-12 members team).

- Hands on experience in managing books, compliance, and Must have closed at least 2 Stat Audit with big 4, 2 to 3 Internal Audits and 1 end to end Due diligences/fund raising.

- Must have managed 2 to 3 Managers & 8-10 Executional team.

- Strong biased for action, solution-oriented attitude and maturity to work under tight deadlines

- Comfortable working from office for at least 5 days a week. (Overall 6 days working).

- Experience of working in 0 to 10 or 10 to N startups would be plus,
