Sokrati Management Trainee Program

Merkle-Sokrati, earlier known as Sokrati is India's leading Digital Marketing, Technology and Analytics firm. Started by ex-Amazonians in 2009, we are now looking to recruit Management Trainees with the following criteria

1. MBA in Marketing, Media or Mass Communication from 2017 or 2018 graduation batches

2. Minimum 18 months of total work experience - ideally in a client servicing/BD role

a. Exceptions would be candidates with experience on Digital or have done their internship in a completely Digital-focused environment or company

3. Excellent Analytical skills

4. Excellent Presentation skills & Some demonstrated ability to work under high pressure and narrow timelines Induction Plan

1. Candidates- role would be flexible (by Design) between Client Engagement, Client Solutions, Business Development and Process Management

2. Once in, candidates would spend the first 12 weeks in Operations (compulsory) by the end of which they would be evaluated for key skills and subsequently placed in permanent roles.

3. By end of week 28 candidates would eventually join their respective teams

Indicative pay scale would be in the 7.5 - 8 lpa CTC range with Pune being the base location.
