Merkle|Sokrati, India's leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for a Client Engagement resource with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth. This resource will help us build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

What do we want from this resource?

- We want him/her to do technology solutions

- He/She should be able to understand brand media buying from the persona, creative communication, and media buying perspective

- He/She should be able to narrate brand and performance story to the client

- His/ Her analysis should be data-driven

- He/She should be good at pitching to the client and commanding respect in the room

- He/She should be good at managing projects and be worrying about its completion

- He/She should be good at building relationships with the client.

- He/She needs to be in the current generation of Internet and industry

Who can be this person?

- He/She could have been a CMO of a reputed defunct startup

- He/She could have done Presales in a Tech. or a SaaS company.

- He/She could have been an entrepreneur of a tech in consumer startup.

- He/She could have been an entrepreneur at a digital agency startup.

- Prior experience in managing branding portfolio is a big plus

- A great Storyteller and an elegant negotiator

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

- He/ She is highly organized

- And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
