AVP - Business Operations - Process

- Merkle - Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 700+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.

- In pursuit of this, we seek to hire talented AVP - Business Operations who'd help Merkle Sokrati's business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.

You'd need to be awesome at :

- Business cluster ownership for post-sales business delivery and growth across the client portfolio

- Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations

- Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results

- Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight

- Manage nurturing and growth for a 30-50 member business operations team

If you are :

- Having 8-12 years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry

- Experience in managing Processes and Change Management

- 4+ years of people management experience (must-have)

- Highly organized and detail junkie

- Aggressive & can take control

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

- And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for every inch of their satisfaction
