Sokrati - Assistant Vice President - People Operations

Merkle-Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 700+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.

In pursuit of this, we seek to hire talented AVP - People Operations who'd help Merkle|Sokrati's business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.

You'd need to be awesome at:

- People ownership for the operations team which works on delivering client projects

- Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Understand the people issues and develop people initiatives for same

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analysing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations

- Closely work with executive leadership and cluster head to implement people initiatives

- Mentor and coach line managers for improving their people effectiveness

- Manage nurturing and growth for a 30-50 member business operations team

If you are:

- Having 6-8 years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry

- Experience in handling large size teams (across levels)

- Experience of working with a start-up would be highly desirable

- 4+ years of people management experience (must-have)

- Highly organized and detail junkie

- Empathy toward people and ability to resolve issues faced by them

- And most importantly, LOVE to work with people and help them scale greater heights
