You will be part of Career Management Services Team as Regional Manager (North & West). Your responsibility is to build and enrich strong relationships with key Corporates across Northern/Western India, as a step towards ensuring successful placement for the entire batch of students. SOIL has a strong record with regard to Campus placements, and you will be responsible for building this further. Key Responsibilities : - To create brand awareness amongst potential recruiters & decision makers in order to engage and strengthen corporate partnerships - To ensure effective outreach to Corporates for Campus Placement Process - To build new key accounts and maintain long term strategic partnerships - To identify meaningful projects/ internship opportunities for students which will enable students to showcase their talent and apply concepts learnt in classroom - To prepare students to match corporate expectations - To help the Consulting and Executive education teams reach out to the Corporate partners of SOIL Key Skills - - Relationship management - Ability to influence and persuade decision makers - Excellent negotiation - Excellent oral and written communication - Planning, Organizing and Execution - Strong problem-solving Ideal profile - - Master's degree from a leading B school - 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Relationship Management/Sales/Key Account management/Business development preferably in a Business School or similar education institute - Strong process and system orientation with an ability to work in a dynamic environment - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
