Consulting & Executive Education SOIL's Consulting & Executive Education Division has delivered assignments in Talent Appreciation, Leadership Development and Organizational Transformation for Companies, NGOs and Government. Our flagship Executive Education programs focus on enhancing Leadership ability at different levels. Our approach draws from ancient Indian tradition, in house research, as also Appreciative Inquiry, Whole Systems Thinking and Human Centered Design. Director Executive Education The Director Executive Education shall be a P&L leader, and would be responsible for deepening and enhancing the Executive Education offerings of SOIL. He would need to build relationships with Industry to develop the right programs, collaborate with academicians/Industry practitioners and lead the Executive education team to manage the programs for an outstanding participant experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Understand evolving needs of Industry, the Executive Education landscape and Design Executive Education Programs in chosen areas - Strategize and bring innovative and relevant programs to the market and build SOILs thought leadership in key areas. - Communicate and showcase to corporate decision makers the value of SOIL's Executive Education offerings - Develop strong partnerships and long-term relationships with key clients, Academicians and Industry thought leaders - Ensure Outstanding customer experience and delivery of Executive Education offerings and build the SOIL brand - Play an active role in building a Community among Executive Education participants and take initiative in engaging them - Guide, coach and build a high performing team KEY SKILLS - Entrepreneurial - Innovative - High Learning Orientation - Team Player IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE - MBA/ Masters/ PhD degree from an Institute of repute with 10+ years- experience - 2-3 years- experience at a senior/Director level, ideally within a world class Educational Institute. - Demonstrated experience in Business Development, strategic partnerships and Program management - Exceptional written and Oral communication skills and ability to have high impact on a range of audiences - High ability to partner and collaborate with a variety of organizations- including universities and Government
