Software License Compliance Role - Big4 (1-8 yrs)
- Create License compliance reports highlighting comparison between license entitlements and deployments
- Summarization and reporting of complex and disparate datasets via dynamic dashboards using Power BI
- Administration and support of Software discovery tools (such as: SCCM, BDNA, Flexera, Service Now)
- Assist in Infrastructure upgrades, security compliance and remediation.
- Effective communication between EY & Clients for a productive collaboration
- Working on multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, model project strategies and delivering results in challenging situations
- Foster and develop strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the firm
Skills we are looking for :
- A third level degree or higher
- 1 - 8 years of SAM or Software License Compliance Audit experience
- Hands on knowledge and experience with at least one of the following vendors: Oracle, VMWare, Microsoft, CA, BMC, Citrix, IBM, Adobe and IBM
- Good experience of working with BI Tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)
- Good experience of working with Software Discovery tools (such as Flexera, BDNA, SCCM, Service Now)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements and licensing terms
- Understanding of IT Processes, IT Infrastructure (applications, databases and operating system) and related technologies i.e. Oracle, Windows, Linux etc.
- Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to analyse complex and disparate data sets using a combination of pivot tables and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail
