The incumbent will be responsible ( in conjunction with the Board)for all aspects of business

- Insurance

- AEPS

- A key focus area and responsibility will be fund raising on a continual basis to support growth and expansion

- The incumbent will be responsible to build a strong team capable of driving the next phase of business growth for the organisation

- Stakeholder management

- Internal : Board / Promoters / Investors/ Employees

- External : Key Clients / Vendors / Media / BankingPartners

- Balance efforts towards longer-term strategic business results with profitable sales growth and increased market share in theshort-term

- Build & develop a cohesive, high performing senior management team that is mutually accountable for operating and financial performance goals. The incumbent's job is to work closely along with all functional heads and define their short/long terms goals and facilitate in achieving the

- This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans over the next 5 years. The incumbent will also be part of the board and will responsible for all short/long terms communication to the Board. Will keep the board abreast with periodical reviews and necessaryupdates.

- Governance & Risk management - ensure coverage again

- Ability to build a strong functional team and someone having multi-functional expertise ( Sales & Marketing, Operations, New Product development, Finance, Systems, SCM etc.) 


- Extremely strong with nos./data and ability to drive the organization effectively

- Strong focus on building brand, growth& Profitability

- Setting up parameters for effective governance, risks and sustainable platform - Building a capable organization for alarger strategic event
