- Perform end-to-end Data mining and analysis activities to map all Key Performance Indicators; Ratio Analysis, data processing and creating dashboards to help the senior management in their strategic decision making. - Identify and implement best practices across industries; Conduct Market Benchmarking &amp; Competitor Analysis. - Prepare necessary financial modelling and profitability reports related to business, new roll outs; evaluation and monitoring of profitability, cost structures, SWOT, Trend Analysis etc - Research, analyse and present data to enable decision making by CEO - Create business presentations with internal &amp; external stakeholders. - Prepare Dashboards &amp; business insights on periodic basis. - Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; Working and coordinating with various cross- functional teams for better efficiency; Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all BOD's - Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working. - Streamline functioning of the CEO's office by setting up right processes and ensure timely availability of information, data and updates.
