Job Description :
- Sound Knowledge of Transfer Pricing operational process & understanding of OECD guidelines
- Proven ability to implement and manage TP operational process basis TP Policy
- Strong global stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of cost allocation process and Inter-entity reconciliations
Qualification :
- CA/MBA with 8 to 10 years of post qualification experience in Finance & Accounting domain
- Preferably 4 to 5 years of extensive work experience in complex Transfer Pricing computations (cost/revenue)
- Managing a team of 5 to 10 resources
- Must have led a global transfer pricing process catering to world-wide intra-group entities
- Experience of leading task planning & strategy discussions with on-shore clients
- Capable of designing appropriate processes to meet accuracy and timeliness SLAs/KPIs
Education level - Master's Degree
Work experience - 7-10 years
