Societe Generale - Senior Business Analyst - Functional Analysis - Capital Markets (6-15 yrs)
6-15 years of experience
Required functional knowledge of Investment Banking.
Functional PM - BA (with functional analysis) with experience in Capital markets.
Preferred female candidates.
- Secure project delivery though in-depth technical expertise of technology in context
- Engage in project pre-launch studies & define project goals, roadmap & dependencies
- Collaborate with recruitment, vendor management team, partners companies & human resources teams to build a team
- Prepare project plan & get consensus of stake holders
- Control cost though innovation & optimizations
- Set objectives for team members & help them achieve them by providing required support
- Develop team members though effective career planning, coaching & mentoring
- Forecast and mitigate project risks though project analysis
- Manage crisis though effective communication, resolution & retrospection
- Collaborate with support teams to mitigate dependences
- Proactively communicate anomalies & mitigate them
- Encourage collaborative learning in teams through effective knowledge sharing practices
- Support leadership team to accelerate transformational initiatives
